The Silva Life and Intuition 4 Day Immersion is the IN PERSON class you start with when learning the Silva Method Dynamic Meditation Techniques created by Jose Silva. This is the original in person class, in updated format now called The Silva Life & Intuition System In Person 4-Day Immersion. In the first two days you will cover Silva Life System and in the second two days, you will cover the Silva Intuition System.
The course consists of learning and being guided by a Certified Silva Method Instructor with over 18+ meditations with the Silva Method proprietary step by step format over the course of 4 Days.
Students learn in a supportive environment with like-minded individuals and are able to have all of their questions answered in real time.
After the class, students leave with everything they need to put their new meditation skills to practice in just 15 minutes a day. Practicing with just 15 minutes a day can help achieve progress and results. Students receive ongoing support in both group and one-on-one format and are able to take Graduate level in person seminars after taking the Silva Life and Intuition 4-Day Immersion.
There are three main formats of Silva Method training, each offering a different experience:
Silva Life & Intuition System 4-Day Immersion (In Person or Zoom)
- This is the original, in-depth Silva Method course taught live over 4 days (either consecutively or across two weekends).
- It includes both Silva Life System (Days 1–2) and Silva Intuition System (Days 3–4).
- After completing it once, you're considered a Graduate Reviewer and can retake it anytime for a small seat charge.
Silva Life & Intuition Home Study Course (via SilvaMethod.com)
- A self-paced version you complete on your own.
- Helpful for reinforcement but does not offer the same depth or live support as the in-person course.
Silva Ultramind ESP System (via Mindvalley.com)
- An online-only introduction to some Silva techniques, licensed by SilvaMethod.com.
- Covers similar material to Days 3–4 of the Immersion but is less comprehensive and has no live component.
Many students combine formats — for example, taking the In Person course and supplementing with Home Study to reinforce learning.

The room is arranged theater-style with chairs only, allowing flexibility to move freely. You're encouraged to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable — pillows, blankets, poofs, even reclining chairs. Dress in layers; the room is kept cool.
Expect guided meditations from the front of the room, a resource table with snacks, teas, pens, and inspiration cards in the back, and plenty of natural light.
If you have special needs or require amplified audio, just let Amy know in advance — she’s happy to accommodate.
We offer a conditional refund policy: cancellations are only accepted within 10 days of registration or 10 days before the event—whichever comes first. Within that window, you'll receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. No cancellations or refunds are allowed within 10 days of the event for any reason.

The Silva Life and Intuition 4 Day Immersion is the IN PERSON class you start with when learning the Silva Method Dynamic Meditation Techniques created by Jose Silva. This is the original in person class, in updated format now called The Silva Life & Intuition System In Person 4-Day Immersion. In the first two days you will cover Silva Life System and in the second two days, you will cover the Silva Intuition System.
The course consists of learning and being guided by a Certified Silva Method Instructor with over 18+ meditations with the Silva Method proprietary step by step format over the course of 4 Days.
Students learn in a supportive environment with like-minded individuals and are able to have all of their questions answered in real time.
After the class, students leave with everything they need to put their new meditation skills to practice in just 15 minutes a day. Practicing with just 15 minutes a day can help achieve progress and results. Students receive ongoing support in both group and one-on-one format and are able to take Graduate level in person seminars after taking the Silva Life and Intuition 4-Day Immersion.
There are three main formats of Silva Method training, each offering a different experience:

The Silva Life and Intuition 4 Day Immersion is the IN PERSON class you start with when learning the Silva Method Dynamic Meditation Techniques created by Jose Silva. This is the original in person class, in updated format now called The Silva Life & Intuition System In Person 4-Day Immersion. In the first two days you will cover Silva Life System and in the second two days, you will cover the Silva Intuition System.
The course consists of learning and being guided by a Certified Silva Method Instructor with over 18+ meditations with the Silva Method proprietary step by step format over the course of 4 Days.
Students learn in a supportive environment with like-minded individuals and are able to have all of their questions answered in real time.
After the class, students leave with everything they need to put their new meditation skills to practice in just 15 minutes a day. Practicing with just 15 minutes a day can help achieve progress and results. Students receive ongoing support in both group and one-on-one format and are able to take Graduate level in person seminars after taking the Silva Life and Intuition 4-Day Immersion.
There are three main formats of Silva Method training, each offering a different experience:
Silva Life & Intuition System 4-Day Immersion (In Person or Zoom)

The Silva Life and Intuition 4 Day Immersion is the IN PERSON class you start with when learning the Silva Method Dynamic Meditation Techniques created by Jose Silva. This is the original in person class, in updated format now called The Silva Life & Intuition System In Person 4-Day Immersion. In the first two days you will cover Silva Life System and in the second two days, you will cover the Silva Intuition System.
The course consists of learning and being guided by a Certified Silva Method Instructor with over 18+ meditations with the Silva Method proprietary step by step format over the course of 4 Days.
Students learn in a supportive environment with like-minded individuals and are able to have all of their questions answered in real time.
After the class, students leave with everything they need to put their new meditation skills to practice in just 15 minutes a day. Practicing with just 15 minutes a day can help achieve progress and results. Students receive ongoing support in both group and one-on-one format and are able to take Graduate level in person seminars after taking the Silva Life and Intuition 4-Day Immersion.

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here! You start right where you are at! The Silva Life and Intuition 4 Day Immersion is the IN PERSON class you start with when learning the Silva Method Dynamic Meditation Techniques created by Jose Silva. This is the original in person class, in updated format now called The Silva Life & Intuition System In Person 4-Day Immersion. In the first two days you will cover Silva Life System and in the second two days, you will cover the Silva Intuition System.
The course consists of learning and being guided by a Certified Silva Method Instructor with over 18+ meditations with the Silva Method proprietary step by step format over the course of 4 Days.
Students learn in a supportive environment with like-minded individuals and are able to have all of their questions answered in real time.
After the class, students leave with everything they need to put their new meditation skills to practice in just 15 minutes a day. Practicing with just 15 minutes a day can help achieve progress and results. Students receive ongoing support in both group and one-on-one format and are able to take Graduate level in person seminars after taking the Silva Life and Intuition 4-Day Immersion.
There are three main formats of Silva Method training, each offering a different experience:
Silva Life & Intuition System 4-Day Immersion (In Person or Zoom)
- This is the original, in-depth Silva Method course taught live over 4 days (either consecutively or across two weekends).
- It includes both Silva Life System (Days 1–2) and Silva Intuition System (Days 3–4).
- After completing it once, you're considered a Graduate Reviewer and can retake it anytime for a small seat charge.
Silva Life & Intuition Home Study Course (via SilvaMethod.com)
- A self-paced version you complete on your own.
- Helpful for reinforcement but does not offer the same depth or live support as the in-person course.
Silva Ultramind ESP System (via Mindvalley.com)
- An online-only introduction to some Silva techniques, licensed by SilvaMethod.com.
- Covers similar material to Days 3–4 of the Immersion but is less comprehensive and has no live component.
Many students combine formats — for example, taking the In Person course and supplementing with Home Study to reinforce learning.
The first-time investment for the full 4-day Silva Life & Intuition Immersion with Silva Method of Atlanta is $1,500 — a $400+ savings compared to taking Silva Life and Silva Intuition separately.
Once you've completed the full 4-day course, you become a Graduate Reviewer and can retake the course anytime in the future for a seat/facility fee. This graduate review benefit applies for life and with any certified Silva Method instructor.

You’ll be welcomed by Amy Schneider, a Certified Silva Method Instructor with nearly 40 years of personal practice and 4 years of teaching experience. She creates a calming, inclusive space where students feel safe, supported, and relaxed while learning.
The room is arranged theater-style with chairs only, allowing flexibility to move freely. You're encouraged to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable — pillows, blankets, poofs, even reclining chairs. Dress in layers; the room is kept cool.
Expect guided meditations from the front of the room, a resource table with snacks, teas, pens, and inspiration cards in the back, and plenty of natural light.
If you have special needs or require amplified audio, just let Amy know in advance — she’s happy to accommodate.
We offer a conditional refund policy: cancellations are only accepted within 10 days of registration or 10 days before the event—whichever comes first. Within that window, you'll receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. No cancellations or refunds are allowed within 10 days of the event for any reason.
If you're unable to attend, we may offer a transfer to a future Silva Method Atlanta event at our discretion.
