Refund Policy

Registration, Cancellation, Refund, Payment Plan & Course Satisfaction Policy

Your registration reserves your place in a live, highly interactive Silva Life & Intuition 4-Day Immersion. Each Immersion is thoughtfully planned to create an engaging, personal experience with plenty of opportunity to learn, practice, ask questions, and connect. Because course materials, venue arrangements, and other preparations are made in advance for each student, the following policies help us provide clear expectations for everyone while protecting the commitments made in preparation for your Immersion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you change your mind after registering, you may request a 100% refund within 24 hours of completing your registration and purchase.

After the initial 24-hour period, registration payments are nonrefundable, except as specifically provided under the Course Satisfaction Guarantee or if Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina cancels or reschedules your Immersion.

If You Can No Longer Attend

We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend your scheduled Immersion after the 24-hour cancellation period, your registration is not eligible for a cash refund. However, the value of your registration will not be lost.

You may transfer your registration to another eligible Silva Life & Intuition 4-Day Immersion taught and hosted by Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina, subject to availability.

If you are not ready to choose another Immersion date, you will receive a voucher for the value of your registration that may be applied toward an eligible future Silva Life & Intuition 4-Day Immersion taught and hosted by Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina.

Vouchers have no cash value and are not redeemable for a cash refund. Registrations and vouchers may not be transferred or applied to programs taught or hosted by another Silva Method instructor or organization.

If the tuition for the future Immersion is higher than the tuition associated with your original registration, you will be responsible for the difference.

Payment Plans

When you select a payment plan, you are purchasing the entire Silva Life & Intuition 4-Day Immersion at the total payment-plan price disclosed at checkout. The payment plan simply provides a convenient way to pay the full program tuition over time. It is not a month-to-month membership or cancelable subscription.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the initial payment and all remaining scheduled installment payments to be charged automatically to the payment method provided at checkout according to the payment schedule you selected.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method until your payment-plan obligation has been paid in full.

If you cancel your registration within the initial 24-hour cancellation period, all payments already collected will be refunded and any remaining scheduled installment payments will be canceled.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, canceling your attendance, being unable to attend, failing to attend, leaving the program early, transferring your registration, or receiving a voucher does not cancel your remaining payment-plan obligation.

If you are unable to attend your originally scheduled Immersion and choose to transfer your registration or receive a voucher, your original payment plan will continue according to its agreed-upon schedule. A transfer or voucher does not pause, cancel, or restart your payment plan.

Once the payment-plan obligation is completed, the full value of the registration may be applied toward an eligible future Immersion in accordance with this policy.

The exceptions are when you qualify for the Course Satisfaction Guarantee below or when Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina cancels or reschedules your Immersion.

Course Satisfaction Guarantee

The Silva Method is not a “quick fix.” Like any meaningful personal-growth program, its value comes through your participation, practice, and application. We want you to experience the entire Silva Life & Intuition 4-Day Immersion before deciding whether it is right for you.

If you attend and fully participate in all four days and all scheduled course hours and, upon completion of the final day, decide the program was not right for you, you may request a refund before leaving the Immersion on the final day, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for the Course Satisfaction Guarantee, you must:

• Attend and fully participate in the entire four-day program and all scheduled course hours.
• Request your refund before leaving the Immersion on the final day.
• Return all course materials and notes provided to you.
• Decline your Silva Method course completion certificate.

Acceptance of your course completion certificate constitutes your acceptance and completion of the program and your decision not to exercise the Course Satisfaction Guarantee. Once you accept your certificate, you are no longer eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

For purposes of this policy, accepting your certificate includes taking possession of it, photographing it, scanning it, copying it, or otherwise retaining an image or reproduction of the certificate. Returning the physical certificate after accepting, photographing, scanning, copying, or otherwise reproducing it does not restore eligibility for a refund.

If you choose to exercise the Course Satisfaction Guarantee, you must notify your instructor before certificates are distributed so that your certificate will not be issued.

Upon meeting all requirements of the Course Satisfaction Guarantee, eligible tuition payments made will be refunded minus the cost of course materials and an additional $100 administrative and processing fee.

If you purchased using a payment plan, eligible installment payments already collected will be refunded minus the cost of course materials and the $100 administrative and processing fee, and any remaining scheduled installment payments will be canceled.

The Course Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply if you do not attend and fully participate in the entire program, miss any required portion of the course, leave early, leave the course and return later, request a refund after leaving the Immersion on the final day, or accept your course completion certificate.

Eligible refunds may take up to 35 days to process.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina

While every effort is made to hold each Immersion as scheduled, Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or otherwise modify an Immersion when necessary.

If Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina cancels or reschedules your Immersion for any reason, you will always have the choice of:

1. A 100% refund of all registration payments actually collected for that Immersion, with no administrative or processing fee deducted. If you purchased using a payment plan, any remaining scheduled installment payments will also be canceled;

OR

2. Transferring your registration and the full value of your registration to another eligible Silva Life & Intuition 4-Day Immersion taught and hosted by Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina.

If you are not ready to select another Immersion date, you may instead receive a voucher for the full value of your registration to apply toward an eligible future Silva Life & Intuition 4-Day Immersion.

If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible and may take up to 35 days to process.

If you choose to transfer your registration or receive a voucher, the full value of your registration will be preserved and applied toward the eligible future Immersion.

Graduate/reviewer registrations are contingent upon the Immersion proceeding and do not, by themselves, guarantee that an Immersion will be held.

Travel & Other Expenses

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and related expenses, including airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, childcare, lost wages, and other personal expenses.

Silva Method Atlanta & Western North Carolina is not responsible for these expenses if an Immersion is canceled, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled. Participants traveling to an Immersion are strongly encouraged to purchase refundable travel arrangements and/or appropriate travel insurance.
