This is genuinely one of the most confusing corners of the personal-growth world to research, and I want to walk you through exactly why, so you can choose with confidence instead of guessing.
Why the Search Results Are So Confusing
José Silva started this work in 1966, after 22 years of his own research, and called it the Silva Basic Lecture Series — later known as Silva Mind Control.
